Canada - All goods have an additional 5% tax (GST). Some provinces either charge an additional provincial sales tax (PST), or use a harmonized sales tax (HST) that includes the GST.
Items manufactured within the EU (this applies to the majority of our products) are not subject to import duty through the CETA (Canadian European Trade Agreement). For items not manufactured within the EU, there may be import duty applied if the total order value is over CAN$20 (or equivalent).
Please note we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

New Zealand - All orders above NZD $60 will be subject to import duties. This figure can vary depending on the value of the parcel.

Refusing to Pay Customs:
If you choose to refuse the customs fee and the parcel is returned back to Arbortec, a shipping & handling fee may be deducted from your refund.
